Primary Objective: Complete each movement in as close to 1:00 as possible. The Wall Walks will build fatigue throughout and you will need to stay engaged to maintain the 5 on the minute with high interference.
Secondary Objective: Keep the Kettlebell to 2 sets or less each round
Workout Notes and Strategy:
This workout is a challenging sprint couplet with the focus on maintaining efficiency on the Wall Walks and a tight midline throughout both the Kettlebell Swing and Wall Walk. The focus here is to keep each movement as close to 1:00 as possible with the goal time domain being ~ 6:00. We could see the wheels fall off if efficiency falters or we go out too hot. So, stay engaged, stay smooth and fight for quality mechanics.
Modifications:
- American Kettlebell Swings: Adjust the loading or move to Russian Kettlebell Swings today.
- Wall Walks: Adjust the distance to the wall from 10in - 20in - 30in. Or move to Inchworm Push-Ups for those that can't get inverted
