30 Cal bike
40 Meter weighted Sled Push (down back down back, same as hyrox distance) choose a weight you can keep moving but not run with

Workout 2- short couplet finisher. split the work how you want.
12 Minute Amrap
40 Db hang clean and jerk (split the work but doesn not have to be alternating arms)
30 Cal row split
