  50 Double-Unders (both partners complete 50, can both work at the same time, or 100 singles each)
  22 Squat Cleans (135/85 lb) split

  THEN

  20 Squat Cleans (185/115 lb) split

 THEN
  25 Toes-to-Bars split
  50 Double-Unders both
  18 squat Cleans (225/145 lb) split

  THEN
  25 Toes-to-Bars split
  50 Double-Unders both
  16 Squat Cleans (275/175 lb)split

 THEN
 25 Toes-to-Bars
  50 Double-Unders
  14 Squat Cleans (315/205 lb)

THEN- IF YOU MAKE IT- Max ski cals for the remainder of the 20 minutes
