5 Cleans from the shin each
6 Kip swing +6 knee raises each

After that take 7 minutes to build up to your clean weight for the workout

32 Toes to bar, knees raises, or sit ups split
16 Power cleans 155/105

** we will start workout 2 8 minutes after workout 1. put your workout 1 stuff away and get ready for 2
