Wod 1 (this is like 18.1)
Split as needed
20 Min Amrap
16 Toes to bar
20 Db hang clean and jerk single arm
28 Cal Row

Wod 2
18 Minute Amrap
This is like 17.1
Split how you want- increase db snatches by 10 each round, burpee box jumps stay the same

10 Alt Db snatches
15 Burpee box jump overs
20 Alt db snatches
15 Burpee Box jump over
30 Alt db snatches
15 Burpee box jump overs
40 Alt db snatches
15 burpee box jump overs
50 Alt db snatches
15 Burpee box jump over
---- that was the whole workout but if you have time left add 10 alt db snatches
