We started this workout when Bill turned 60 and added a rep every year.
Bill turned 69 last week. He promised us when we get to 70 we can start taking a rep off every year

69 Double unders or 138 singles
69 Sit ups
69 Wall Balls
69 Cal row
69 slam balls over shoulder
69 Alt Db snatches
69 Air squats
690 Meter run (just past the end of the sidewalk

Dont want to do this one solo, show up and tackle it with a partner.
