Warm up- Coaches choice

Wod 1- 24 Minute Amrap
Run to the 400 mark together
6 Yoke Carries (down and back is 2) split
25 Bike cals split
4 Rope climbs split (or 10 rope pulls

Wod 2
18 Minute Amrap. split the work as needed
24 cleans 155/105
22 HSPU (scale to Db presses or 14 reps if you are still working on this movement)
20 Burpees over your bar
18 Bar Muscle ups (scale to 10 or pull ups if you are working on this movement)
*the bar muscle ups and HSPU are not movements you want to stuck on.Stay moving the whole workout, scale don't fail. cutting the rep count down is a good way to do that.
