Coach Joe comes from a running background. He has competitively raced distances from the mile to the marathon. Our Saturday morning endurance classes focus strictly on running. They are 6-8 week cycles designed to help you run your fastest mile. The mile is an excellent distance to focus on for CrossFit. Having a fast mile will help your running tremendously during CrossFit workout by building endurance, but it will also allow you to go run the neighborhood 5k with no additional training.
