Train Harder CrossFit is a training facility that offers strength, conditioning and endurance-based training in a positive atmosphere. We want all of our clients to feel comfortable, welcomed and challenged in their daily workout. Our program is based on constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity which promotes increased fitness levels in all of life’s endeavors. Never done CrossFit?? We want you here! Whether you are an athlete or couch potato, you are welcome here. Every movement is scalable. We can adjust the workout to any limitations you might have.

We are CrossFitters and we believe in FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT! Functional movements are actions that we perform everyday. We run, we squat, we climb stairs, we pick up things and carry them. Our goal is to make our athletes more functional human beings, so that no matter what challenges daily life presents, they will be equipped and ready to endure and overcome.
