Points system makes this Challenge so EVERYONE has a chance to win.

How to earn points: (measurements taken on INBODY scale)

-3 points for every pound of lean mass gained (muscle) **
-1 point for every % of body fat lost **
-1 point for every Open workout completed (only one point allowed per week in this category)
-1 point for your weekly basic weigh-in (5 points available) – coach must check off weekly weigh-ins


-Beginning and end Inbody scan must be in the same outfit
-Before and after pictures (taken by a coach – on your phone)
-Weekly check in on Facebook (public post checking in at the gym)
-Must use required hashtags (Will be posted at the gym) on social media for Train Harder and Celsius
-Not necessary to register for the Open but must do the Open workouts for points

**This scoring levels the playing field. A lean 200 pound man would have to work very hard to gain 2 Percent  of lean body mass (6 points) in 6 weeks just as another  200 pound man, who needed to lose weight, would have to work very hard to lose 6 percent  body fat in 2 weeks but might not gain as much muscle because his goal is weight loss.

*in the event of a tie, we will announce the tiebreaker on the last day.
