One partner needs to holding your teams wall ball the entire time. don't let your balls touch the floor. If your balls hit the floor, each partner does 5 burpees. Burpees are the only time you can set your balls down.
wod 1- 8 minute cap 800m run. with wall ball-with remaining time perform wall balls OVER THE RIG--- score is wall balls

Wod 2- 10 minute Amrap- one partner finishes ONE complete round then switch. score is rounds. 10 deadlifts 95/65 5 hang snatches 95/65 5 front rack lunges in place 95/65 *if anyone asks for two bars because they "can deadlift heavier than they can snatch" its a 7 million burpee penalty. Use one bar, the dealifts are supposed to be light.
*clean up your bars before wod 3-dont let your balls touch the floor.
wod 3- 10 minute amprap-each partner finishes one round then next partner goes Stand 10 feet apart- 10 pushups 10 sits ups 15 air squats
